1. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across India.

• International shipping may be introduced in the future.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

• Remote areas may take a little longer.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹1000.

• For orders below that, a flat shipping charge of ₹60 applies.

4. Tracking Orders

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

• You can track your order on the courier partner’s website.

5. Delays

• While we try our best to deliver on time, unforeseen courier/logistics delays may occur.

• We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, but we’ll help resolve them quickly.
